As a lady who has visited Surya Graphics 5–6 times—mostly around 4 to 5 pm—I finally found the time to share this strong and honest review. I want to appreciate the staff, address the management, and also speak directly to customers who have given negative reviews. My Experience at Surya Graphics Every visit I’ve made has been smooth, respectful, and handled professionally by the staff. I have seen firsthand how dedicated they are. During many of my visits, some employees were having their late lunch, which shows how busy their schedule is throughout the day. Yet, even during that time, they attend to customers with patience and responsibility(irrespective of their health condition, personal issues etc). To the Customers Who Posted Negative Reviews I must address this openly: I have personally witnessed some customers behaving rudely, as if giving business means they can talk to the staff however they want. That is not acceptable. Giving business does not make the staff or management slaves to anyone. Everybody has self-respect, dignity, and a backbone—just like every employee in any company. If someone posted a negative review on behalf of their company, remember this clearly: The same professional rights you have in your workplace also apply to the staff of Surya Graphics. Not everyone comes to work to tolerate rude comments. Please be empathetic. Consider your suppliers as partners, not subordinates. You work for your company; they also work for theirs. They are doing their job with dedication, not to absorb unkind remarks. To the Management of Surya Graphics I am not sure how you interpret the negative reviews, but from my experience, you should not take such comments too seriously (and you cannot expect100% perfection from everybody, even from ourselves, because everybody has their own flaws)—especially when they come from people who may not understand the workload or challenges your team handles daily. All five fingers are not the same. If you take unnecessary criticism to heart and make decisions like firing staff, it will be your loss, not the customer’s. Customers may criticize and walk away, but dedicated employees are hard to replace. If someone from your team genuinely makes a mistake, guide them privately and empathetically. If they are doing great work, appreciate them publicly. You know your team better than anyone else—and I say this confidently because I have interacted with them enough to stand with them strongly. To the Staff Members of Surya Graphics Please keep up your good work. Do not bother about unnecessary negative reviews—your conscience knows how sincerely and tirelessly you work every day. Most customers who gave positive feedback truly understand your dedication. Continue giving your best. You all deserve appreciation and respect.
